The Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250 GB SSD helps transform the performance and responsiveness of your machine. Benefiting from increased speeds and very high endurance compared to previous generation SSDs, the Samsung 970 EVO Plus in M.2 2280 format is based on the PCI-E 3.0 x4 interface as well as on technology NVMe 1.3. It is also equipped with TLC memory, a Samsung Phoenix controller and 512 MB of LPDDR4 cache memory.
The Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 PCIe 3.0 4x NVMe 1.3 in its 250 GB version takes your PC to another level of performance thanks to its speeds of up to 3.5 GB/s in reading and 3.2 GB/s in writing. The number of operations per second reaches an impressive level of 370,000 IOPS in reading and 450,000 IOPS in writing (4KB, QD32), enough to launch your applications without latency.

With the 970 EVO Plus range you assemble a configuration for ultimate performance all with a disk in M.2 type 2280 format. Thanks to firmware optimizations and Intelligent TurboWrite technology, it offers speeds of up to 3500 MB/s in reading and 3300 MB/s writing, i.e. 53% faster depending on the model.
